These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and BuyVCC, the service available at buyvcc.net. They apply when you create an account, place an order, pay for a prepaid virtual card or use a card we issue to you. Each section opens with a one-line summary in plain words; the full text of the section is what counts. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
1. Who can use BuyVCC
In short: adults, using their own account, for themselves.
Account holders are adults, 18 or older, who can legally enter an agreement. The service is closed to anyone who lives in, or is located in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if your name appears on a sanctions list. Each person may keep one account. You must use it on your own behalf and not run it for someone else unless we have agreed to that in writing. The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
2. Your account and two-factor sign-in
In short: an authenticator app is required, and the codes are yours alone.
Before you can order, you must confirm your email address and link an authenticator app to your account. Every sign-in after that asks for a six-digit code from the app, and viewing full card details asks for a fresh code again. When you set up the app we show you recovery codes once; store them somewhere safe and offline. Each recovery code works a single time.
Whatever happens through your sign-in counts as your action. Keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes private and tell us straight away through a support ticket or at support@buyvcc.net if you think someone else has used them. We will never ask you for any of them.
3. Ordering a card
In short: you pick the balance, we show the full price, the price is fixed when you continue to payment.
An order is a request for one prepaid virtual card loaded with the balance you choose, between $10.00 and $5,000.00. On top of the balance come two fees. Each card carries a $5.00 issue fee, and 15% of the chosen balance is added as the top-up charge. The order page shows each line and the total before you continue. When you press "Continue to payment" we save the order with the amounts shown at that moment. Later changes to our fees do not affect an order that already exists.
A card is issued only after the full payment has been confirmed and the order has passed our review. We may decline an order, including a paid one, if we cannot verify it, if it appears linked to fraud or prohibited use, or if our card program cannot supply a card. Section 4 and our Refund Policy explain what happens to a payment in that case.
4. Paying with cryptocurrency
In short: pay exactly what the checkout asks, on the network it shows; confirmation is automatic.
Payments are taken on a hosted checkout run by our payment partner, which accepts assets such as USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and Binance Pay. Follow the asset, network, address and amount shown on that page exactly. Wallet, exchange and network fees are yours to pay, so send enough for the full total to arrive. Our partner tells our system when a payment is complete; you do not need to send us a transaction ID or a screenshot.
An order counts as paid only once our partner confirms it. If you leave the checkout before paying, you can return to it from the order page in your dashboard. Unpaid orders may be cancelled. A payment that falls short of the total cannot produce the card as ordered; contact support with the order reference and we will help you complete the payment or arrange the return of what we received, less any network or processing costs. Crypto sent in the wrong token, on the wrong network or to an address other than the one shown can be lost for good. We will make a reasonable effort to help, yet that loss stays outside our responsibility.
5. Review and issuing
In short: a person checks your paid order, then the card appears in your dashboard.
Every paid order is reviewed by a member of our team before a card is issued. Paid orders are usually checked and issued within a few hours. Times can be longer during busy periods, when a payment needs extra confirmations, or when a question about the order needs your answer first. When the card is ready we notify you by email and inside your dashboard. We never send card numbers by email or chat.
6. Using your card
In short: spend up to the balance, online, where the merchant accepts it, and only for lawful purposes.
Your card is a prepaid product supplied through a third-party issuing program, and its use is also subject to that program's rules. You can spend up to the available balance; a card cannot go below zero and does not offer credit. Whether a particular merchant accepts the card is the merchant's decision, and some merchants refuse prepaid or virtual cards. A card expires on the date shown in your dashboard, and any balance left after expiry is handled under our Refund Policy.
A card can be frozen by us or by its issuer whenever that is needed to stop suspected fraud, to protect you, or to meet a legal duty. When a card's status or balance changes, you receive a notification.
7. Uses we do not allow
In short: nothing illegal, nothing deceptive, nothing that puts other people at risk.
You may not use the service or a card:
- to buy, sell or pay for anything that is illegal where you are or where the merchant is;
- to launder money, finance terrorism, avoid sanctions or hide where funds came from;
- with funds that are stolen, obtained by fraud or not yours to spend;
- to test stolen card data, commit chargeback fraud or deceive merchants;
- for gambling or adult services where these are prohibited by law or by the card program;
- to resell cards or access to the service without our written agreement;
- to break, probe or overload the website, or to get around its security or rate limits.
8. Suspension and closing an account
In short: we can pause or close accounts that put the service at risk; you can leave whenever you like.
We can suspend or close an account, freeze cards or decline orders, sometimes without warning, when we have good reason to believe these Terms have been broken, an account or card is at risk, activity is fraudulent or unlawful, or a partner or the law requires it. Where we are allowed to, we will tell you the reason. You can ask us to close your account at any time through a support ticket. Balances on your cards are then dealt with under the Refund Policy.
9. Fees and refunds
In short: fees pay for the card itself and do not come back.
Both parts of the price (the per-card issue fee plus the top-up charge) are earned once the card exists and are not refunded in any situation. Some card balances can be refunded under the conditions in our Refund Policy, which also explains the refund commission that applies to large balances on used cards.
10. Our responsibility to you
In short: we work hard to keep things running, but we cannot promise perfection.
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, that every merchant takes our cards, or that an order is processed within a set time. Blockchains, wallets, exchanges, payment partners and card issuers are run by third parties, and we are not responsible for their delays, outages or decisions.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, or for losses caused by your own mistakes, such as sending funds on the wrong network or sharing your sign-in codes. For any single claim, the most we can owe you is what you paid us in fees during the three months leading up to the event behind it. Where the law forbids limiting liability, these Terms do not try to.
11. Changes to these Terms
In short: when the rules change, the date above changes and we tell you about anything important.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its "last updated" date. For changes that matter to how you use the service, we will also tell you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
12. Disputes and contact
In short: talk to us first; most problems are solved in a ticket.
If something goes wrong, please contact us before starting any formal process, so we have a fair chance to fix it. Write to support@buyvcc.net or open a support ticket, include your order or card reference, and we will reply as quickly as we can. These Terms are governed by the law of the place where BuyVCC is operated. Consumer protections in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement continue to apply.
