06 How it works

Six steps from “I need a card” to paying with one.

No branch visit, no paperwork, no copying transaction hashes. Here is everything that happens after you sign up, including the part where a person checks your order.

  1. 01

    Open an account and lock it

    Sign up with your name, email and a password, then confirm the email we send you.

    • Link an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy. Nothing else unlocks until you do.
    • Save the recovery codes we show you once. They get you back in if your phone goes missing.
    • Every sign-in from now on asks for a fresh six-digit code.
  2. 02

    Pick a balance and read the total

    On “Get a card”, type the balance you want to spend. The receipt beside it updates as you type.

    • Any balance from $10.00 to $5,000.00.
    • You see the top-up charge (15%), the issue fee ($5.00) and the total before going further.
    • If the option is on, you can choose the name printed on the card.
  3. 03

    Pay on the crypto checkout

    Press “Continue to payment” and you are taken to our payment partner’s secure checkout.

    • Pay with USDT (TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20), USDC, BTC, ETH or Binance Pay.
    • Copy the amount, network and address from the checkout page itself.
    • Wallet and network fees are added by your wallet, so send enough for the full total to arrive.
  4. 04

    The payment confirms itself

    When the payment completes, our partner sends a signed confirmation and the order moves on automatically.

    • There is no transaction hash to paste and no screenshot to upload.
    • The order page switches to “Pending review” and you get an email and a dashboard notification.
    • Left the checkout early? Open the order and press “Pay now” to return to it.
  5. 05

    A person reviews the order

    Someone on our team compares what arrived with the order total and issues the card by hand.

    • Paid orders are usually checked and issued within a few hours.
    • Underpaid or unusual orders are explained on the order page, never silently dropped.
    • You can always ask about an order through a support ticket.
  6. 06

    Your card appears in My Cards

    The card shows up with its balance, expiry date and billing address.

    • Type a fresh authenticator code to see the full number and CVV. They hide again after one minute.
    • Copy buttons put each detail on your clipboard for checkout forms.
    • Status or balance changes reach you by email and in your notifications.

Underpaid orders cannot be approved as they are, so allow for your wallet's fee.

Match the network

TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20 are separate roads. Use the one the checkout shows.

Pay while the page is open

The checkout quote has a time limit. Finish the payment before it runs out.

Keep your inbox handy

Status updates arrive by email, so confirm your address when you sign up.
