About BuyVCC

A small team that sells prepaid virtual cards for crypto, shows every fee up front and looks at each paid order before a card goes out.

BuyVCC sells prepaid virtual cards that you pay for with cryptocurrency. You choose a balance, read an itemized total, pay it on a hosted crypto checkout, and a member of our team issues the card to your account. That is the whole product. We built it around two ideas that we think online card shops often get wrong: the price should be readable before you pay, and a person should look at every order.

Why the price looks like a receipt

Most of the questions we hear from new customers are about money: what a card really costs, whether anything is added later, and what happens to the fees if plans change. So the order screen shows three lines and a total, in the same format on the home page, on the pricing page and inside your dashboard:

  • Card balance — the amount you can spend.
  • Top-up charge — currently 15% of that balance.
  • Issue fee — currently $5.00 per card.

The total you see when you press "Continue to payment" is the total we record for the order. If we change our rates later, orders that were already placed keep the numbers they were created with. There is no monthly charge, no fee for holding a card and no charge for opening an account.

Why a person checks every order

Payments reach us through our checkout partner, which confirms them to our system automatically. You never paste a transaction hash or upload a screenshot. Even so, every paid order lands in a review queue instead of producing a card on its own. Someone on the team compares the amount that arrived with the order total, looks for anything unusual about the order or the account, and only then enters the card details.

This step costs us time, and occasionally it costs you a little patience. We keep it because it catches underpayments, duplicate orders and attempts to misuse stolen funds before a card exists, which protects honest customers and keeps our issuing partners willing to work with us. Paid orders are usually checked and issued within a few hours.

How we look after your account

Every account must switch on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app before it can place an order. We keep every card number, CVV and expiry date in encrypted form, and the full set only appears in your dashboard after you type a fresh six-digit code. They hide themselves again after a minute. We send an email whenever your account is opened from a device or network we have not seen before.

There are also things we will never do. Nobody at BuyVCC will ask for your password, your authenticator codes or your recovery codes. We will not send card numbers by email or chat. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, it is not from us.

What a BuyVCC card is, and what it is not

Each card is a prepaid card issued through a third-party card program. It can be used for online payments up to the balance it holds, wherever the merchant accepts this kind of card. Acceptance is always the merchant's decision, so a card that works on one site may be refused by another. BuyVCC is not a bank. We do not hold deposits, pay interest or offer credit, and a card is not a bank account.

Cards are meant for lawful, everyday online spending: software subscriptions, advertising budgets, online shopping, bookings and similar purchases. Our Terms of Service list the uses we do not allow.

Talking to us

Customers get the quickest answers through a support ticket in the dashboard, because the ticket is linked to their orders and cards. Before you sign up, you can reach us through the contact page or at support@buyvcc.net. The FAQ and our guides answer most first-time questions, and the pricing page has a calculator if you want to work out a total before opening an account.

Total = balance + top-up charge + issue fee

Your card is one short checkout away.

Open an account, switch on two-factor sign-in and order the balance you need. You only ever pay for a card you order.
