The formula
total = balance
+ balance × 15.00 ÷ 100 (top-up charge)
+ 5.00 (issue fee)
The top-up charge is rounded to the nearest cent, half a cent rounding up. The browser preview and our server use identical arithmetic, so the checkout never surprises you.

Only money that is still on a card. Fees pay for issuing it, so they stay with us. Read the refund policy.
