Binance Pay is the simplest way to pay our checkout if you already use Binance. There are no wallet addresses to copy, no networks to choose and usually no network fee, because the payment moves between accounts inside Binance rather than across a blockchain. This guide follows the flow screen by screen and points out the few places where people stumble.
Before you start
- Your Binance account should be verified to the level that allows Binance Pay payments. Binance sets those requirements, not us.
- Hold enough of a supported asset in your Funding or Spot wallet to cover the order total. Binance Pay lets you choose which asset pays when there is more than one.
- Have the Binance app on your phone, signed in. Most Binance Pay payments are approved in the app.
Screen 1: our order page
Type the card balance you want. The receipt beside it shows three lines: the balance, a top-up charge of 15% on it and the $5.00 issue fee, then the total. Accept the terms and press "Continue to payment". The order is created now, with its fees fixed.
Screen 2: the hosted checkout
The checkout lists the payment options. Choose Binance Pay. Instead of an address, you will see a QR code and usually a button to open Binance directly if you are on your phone. The amount is shown in the currency the checkout uses for Binance Pay. A timer shows how long the payment request stays valid.
Screen 3: Binance Pay in the app
Scan the QR code with the scanner in the Binance app, or tap the button on mobile. The app shows a payment summary with the merchant name, the amount and the asset that will be used. If you hold several eligible assets, you can usually pick which one pays. Check the amount against the checkout page.
Confirm the payment. Binance may ask for its own security check: a passkey, a code from your authenticator or a confirmation in the app. That check belongs to Binance and protects your Binance account; it is separate from the six-digit code you use to sign in to BuyVCC.
Screen 4: back on the checkout
Within a short time the checkout should show the payment as received. Binance Pay payments usually settle quickly because no blockchain confirmations are involved. The checkout then reports the payment to us on its own. There is nothing to paste and nothing to upload.
Screen 5: your order page
Return to the order in My Orders. It now reads "Pending review", meaning the money is in and the order is waiting for one of our team to look at it and issue the card. Paid orders are usually checked and issued within a few hours.
An email and a dashboard notification arrive the moment the card appears in My Cards.
Where people stumble
The request expired
Each payment request is valid for a limited time. If the timer ran out before you confirmed, go back to the order and press "Pay now" to open a fresh checkout. Do not pay an expired request. Expired quotes covers this in more detail.
Not enough balance in the right wallet
Binance keeps several wallets inside one account. If the app says the balance is insufficient, the funds may be in a different wallet. Transfer them within Binance first; internal transfers are instant and free.
Account limits
Binance applies its own limits to Binance Pay depending on your verification level and region. If the app refuses the payment, check its message; the fix is on the Binance side.
Paying the wrong request
If you have several orders open, check that the amount matches the order you mean to pay. Each request belongs to one order.
Keeping records of a Binance Pay payment
Binance keeps a history of Binance Pay transactions in the app, usually under the Pay section, with the amount, the date and an order or transaction number. That record and the order page in your BuyVCC dashboard together make a complete paper trail: one shows what left your Binance account, the other shows what the payment bought. Note both in your card logbook if you track spending for a business. You will not need to send either to us, because the checkout reports the payment directly.
Binance Pay compared with sending crypto on-chain
| Binance Pay | On-chain send | |
|---|---|---|
| Address and network to choose | None | Yes, and they must match |
| Network fee | Usually none | Yes, paid on top |
| Speed to confirm | Usually fast | Depends on the chain |
| Who sets limits | Binance | Your wallet or exchange |
If you do not use Binance, the other options work just as well; picking a USDT network and your first crypto payment cover them. The pricing page shows card totals.
Quick answers
Do I need to give you my Binance Pay ID?
No. You pay the checkout's request, and the checkout tells us when it is paid.
Will a refund go back to Binance Pay?
Eligible card refunds are paid to the address and network you enter in the refund form, not automatically to the original payment method.
The how it works page follows an order from checkout to the issued card.
